Deploying Bitrix24 "Online Store + CRM" from Scratch for AGFK: Separating from a Third-Party CRM Pipeline and Setting Up Automation
We deployed Bitrix24 "Online Store + CRM" from scratch on a blank server for AGFK, a corrugated cardboard and paper manufacturer, migrated their client and deal data out of a third-party company's CRM pipeline into their own portal, and set up automation for commercial proposal handling.
Key highlights
Before reaching out to us, the client's CRM was effectively run inside another company's sales pipeline — AGFK had no independent portal of its own for tracking deals and clients. This created dependency on someone else's infrastructure and limited control over their data and sales processes. A dedicated portal needed to be deployed, with the full history — clients, deals, and deal stages — correctly migrated into it.
Prepared a blank server: installed CentOS, configured the web server, database, and PHP.
Installed and unpacked the Bitrix24 "Online Store + CRM" distribution.
Imported client and deal data from the previous CRM (the other company's pipeline), including deal stages.
Set up automation via business processes and CRM robots — specifically, commercial proposal handling: if a client rejects a proposal or its validity period expires, the deal is automatically moved to the "Deal Failed" stage for later cause analysis.
Verified that all portal components were configured correctly.
The client got their own working online store and CRM portal, independent of the third-party company's infrastructure, with deal and client history migrated over and proposal handling automated. Server setup took 3 days, portal setup took 1 day.
