Employee meal tracking with 1C: RFID cards, standard configuration, zero new code
Set up corporate meal tracking across multiple sites without building new software: employees are identified via RFID cards and data flows automatically into the client's 1C.

The company runs several corporate canteens across multiple sites. Employees eat at company expense — partially or fully, depending on their role. Every meal needed to be tied to a specific person, recorded by dish composition and amount, and the data passed to the client's 1C for compensation calculations.
The problem: standard POS solutions don't treat employees as a distinct buyer category. Identifying a person by RFID card, linking purchases to a personnel number, and exporting data automatically to 1C — all of this required a non-standard approach.
The task was solved using 1C:Company Management for Uzbekistan 3.0, adapting the standard retail functionality to corporate catering — no new software developed.
Each employee is registered as a Customer, with their personnel number used instead of the standard counterparty code. The RFID card is registered as a loyalty card — cashiers receive a mandatory prompt to scan it. Card discounts are set to zero: the card is an identifier only.
The system stores extended data for internal control. Only the agreed field set is passed to the client.
Three reports configured: summary by receipts, breakdown by POS terminal, and the client's specification form.
The meal tracking system went live at all sites with no new software and no 1C configuration changes. Every canteen visit is automatically linked to an employee via RFID card. Data flows into the client's 1C in the agreed format, used for compensation calculations, reporting, and cost control by department. No anonymous receipts — 100% of transactions are identified.
